Building teams that drive progress

About

PeopleFoundry's values-driven approach challenges recruitment industry standards. We align with our clients to build a talent strategy that fosters growth and innovation.

Our Purpose

We are innovators and industry leaders in attracting, engaging and retaining talent. We bring proven methods, expertise and commitment to deliver results that drive growth.

Working in this way, we are the trusted confidants and indispensable partners to the clients and communities we serve.

Story

PeopleFoundry Inc. is a progressive recruiting consultancy based in Chicago. PeopleFoundry was established in 2013 by CEO, Michelle Joseph, to remedy a pervasive misalignment between companies' talent needs and the ability of existing recruiting firms to meet those needs.

We have a fresh approach. Our model and process promotes companies' strategic growth in a cost contained way. As a result, PeopleFoundry is uniquely suited to help companies navigate high growth periods, which has made our team a particularly valuable ally for start-ups in the tech and digital space.

What This Means For You

A highly customized and scalable process.

We take an insider's approach to your hiring needs. We become an extension of your team. We equip you with the best practices and tools to address your unique hiring and retention challenges.

When you choose PeopleFoundry, we thoughtfully assemble a team of experienced consultants whose functional expertise aligns with your needs. We appoint a day-to-day lead to streamline communication, and we offer executive sponsorship on each account.

Our approach means we scale alongside you. We work to address your near term needs, but we keep the long view too. We not only lay the groundwork for attracting and hiring, but we can offer ongoing support around development and performance. When you're ready to grow, we're right beside you.
